Final, End, Forward

Words: final, end, forward

AI prompt: As a writer, you've spent months pouring your heart and soul into your latest manuscript, but as you sit at your desk staring at the final page, doubt begins to creep in. Is this really the end? Have you done everything you can to make this story the best it can be? With a deep breath, you gather your courage and hit "save" one last time. It's time to move forward, to let go of your creation and trust that it will find its place in the world.

Ellie's prompt: As she composes the final entry in her prompt project, the writer realizes that this may not be the end just yet. What might she discover or create going forward?

That's it, folks. Fox Pickles, at least for now, has come to an end.

It was fun for what it was, but coming up with original prompts was difficult at times. Now I understand why some prompt books have only one-word suggestions.

I definitely appreciated writing the shorter prompts—and I especially appreciated the low-effort attempts of AI because it gave me some confidence in my own skills. I'm more convinced that AI will never truly replace humans and that our natural abilities to imagine and create cannot be replicated.

(Why there are humans who want to be replaced at all confuses me. Besides, they can just be replaced by more talented humans.)

I don't know if Fox Pickles will return or if it will be permanently archived. But I'm glad I took a chance and went through with this crazy idea.
